Store Policies
Return policy: All sales are final to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
Custom orders: All orders made by phone, email, or text will require an invoice of order. This includes payment, handling, and shipping for the order. We require invoices of all charges to be paid in full before delivery, or shipping is initiated. This also applies to any site orders made by phone, email, or text.
Handling Fee: Our company charges a $3.00 handling fee on all orders. This helps to cover the cost of shipping materials and ensures that you receive a beautiful shipment.
Shipping policy: Due to the Handcrafted nature of our product, all orders ship approx. 2 days after the order is placed. Please allow your time for your products to arrive. Typically this takes between 2 and 7 days after shipping depending on the location and shipping selection of the order. All Local pick up will be considered Local Delivery due to our home-based location. Customers will be contacted directly for delivery arrangements.
Price Change : All prices on herbs, teas, and other products are subject to change without notice. We do our best to offer our customers the best quality at the best price for our products. With that in mind, prices of products from our distributors can change and when that happens we will also update the product prices as needed.
